Board of Directors Sign-Ups Only

Each member of the PTWLL Board of Directors is required to sign up for a minimum of 5 shifts in the refreshment stand.

Once you sign up, you have secured that spot. You may only cancel and reschedule by contacting Sandra Neglia or Amanda Jusino at least 1 week prior to your scheduled date. You must also find a board member to fill your cancelled slot.

Please look at the available dates and times below, click on the button to volunteer, enter your contact information, and save.

When you sign up for a weeknight, you are there from open to close. On a weekend, you are there for the 3 hour shift you select. When you are opening (any day), please arrive at least 30 minutes early to open fields and bathrooms, set up and get coffee/food started. When you are closing, please follow the directions in the stand to clean up/shut down.
