Instructions

Pre-Game Meal:
Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to setting up, serving catered meals and cleaning up. The total pre-game desserts needed is approximately 100.

Admissions/Selling Programs
Depending on the game, there may be multiple entrances. There are 3 entrances at CMU where tables will be set up. You will be assigned a location and provided instructions specific to each game when you arrive.

50/50
The volunteer coordinators will be at the entrance to give you tickets, buckets and start up money. They will also provide specific instructions on how to handle 50/50 for each game.

Post Game Snack
Meet at the buses. Set up the table with the drinks and food and serve each player their snack (1 only per player).
