Pre-Game Meal:
Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to setting up, serving catered meals and cleaning up.

Admissions/Selling Programs
Depending on the game, there may be multiple entrances. There are 3 entrances at CMU where tables will be set up. You will be assigned a location and provided instructions specific to each game when you arrive.

50/50
The volunteer coordinators will be at the entrance to give you tickets, buckets and start up money. They will also provide specific instructions on how to handle 50/50 for each game.

Game Day Assistants
This task requires 3 men to handle the chains and down markers at each of the 5 Varsity home games.

Post Game Snack
Meet at the buses. Set up the table with the drinks and food and serve each player their snack (1 only per player).

Pre & Post Game Dessert
Arrive at the cafeteria between 2:00pm and 3:00pm on game day and drop off desserts for 45 players (4 volunteers providing 45 desserts each).  Desserts will be used either for pre-game meal or will be loaded on the equipment truck to be served with Post-Game Snack/Drink. These volunteers can leave after this is completed.

Fill Coolers: Post Game Drink
Arrive at the locker room between 2pm and 3:30pm on game day to fill the coolers with Water, Gatorade and ice so coolers can be put on equipment truck to be served with Post-Game Snack. This volunteer can leave after this is completed. Estimated time: 20-30 minutes
