Everyone's help is needed to make this site run smoothly. Please sign up for 2 (two) units of work per vegetable share.

WEEKLY JOBS  

Opening the site (1 work unit), especially as the season advances, requires lifting and transporting full bins of vegetables and can be physically demanding.  Two openers work from 3:30 to 5:15. 

Closing (1 work unit) involves less lifting and more of stacking empty bins, bagging leftover produce and cleaning up.  Two closers work from 5:00 to 6:45. 

Extra opener (1/2 work unit) 3:30 to 4:15.

Extra closer  (1/2 work unit) 6:00 to 6:45.

The person delivering leftovers to the SICM food pantry is responsible for picking up the food either when the site is closing at 6:30 PM Tuesday or on Wednesday morning between 7:30 and 9:00, and delivering the food Wednesday morning to the pantry at 839 Albany Street.
