Serving from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. in Piper Hall

Trinity Presbyterian Church 2304 Antonio Avenue, Camarillo

Below you will find descriptions for each position/item needed.

Please click on the "I Volunteer" tab next to the position/item you would like at the bottom of the page.

 Set-up Crew arrives at 3:30 p.m.

 - set-up guest, buffet, and sign-in tables

 - set-up outdoor signs

 Food intake/kitchen arrives at 3:30 p.m.

 - ovens on by 3:45 p.m. to 250 degrees

 - take in food

 Buffet servers arrive at 4:30 p.m.

 - assist with serving

 Guest helpers arrive at 4:30 p.m.

 - assist guest going through line and seating

 - attend to needs of guest

 - assist bagging up leftovers for take-home

 Greeters arrive at 4:30 p.m.

 -assist guest coming in the door (outside) as well as out front around driveway to greet guest and (if possible) stay and say goodbye when leaving.

 Please keep in mind that you will be stationed either outside the front door or around the parking area to help direct people as to where to go.

 Please keep in mind that it's getting dark earlier and a little chilly and you must be able to standfor about 1 and 1/2 hours.

 Childern's Activity Monitors arrive at 4:30 p.m.

 Clean-up begins at 6:15 p.m. (or after serving food and leftovers)

 - wash dishes

 - store kitchen items

 - turn ovens OFF

 - sweep & mop

 - clear and clean buffet tables

 - clear and clean dining tables

 - sweep

 - mop up spills

- empty trash

Prayer Room arrives at 4:45 p.m.

- Person needed to be in prayer room and pray with/for people as needed.

Providing Meals/Food - delivered between 3:45 - 4:00 p.m.

- Each of the below food items need to be dropped off at Trinity Presbyterian Church between 3:45-4:00p.m.

- Main dish - each to serve 10. Please see recipe below.

- Sliced Fruit - each to serve 20 people. Fruit platter should have fruit already sliced/cut-up- NO oranges please.

Juice - 1 gallon each.  Apple Juice please.

• Milk - 1 gallon
• Cookies serve 20

*If you have to drop off desserts, fruit or drinks early

 please drop them off in the kitchen and put in the refrigerator or on the counter

next to the metal blind and have them LABELED with Many Meals and your name*

**We will have red aprons with "Many Meals" embroidered on them for your use.

 Lions Club will provide:
100 burgers
100 hotdogs
buns
Man power- they will show up at 3:30 for set up like the rest of us.

We should provide all condiments and whatever other side dishes we would like to have that night.  I think we discussed having the vegetables, some one mentioned potato chips (that would be good),  we also discussed maybe pork & beans, fruit salad?, cookies, and ice cream for dessert.

Also, Lions Club is donating the food.
